This Teflon (PTFE) dipper device is used to aid in the etching process for silicon disks up to 8″ in diameter. The dimensions of the Evaporation Dish are 8.50″ x 3.25″ OD and 8.00″ x 3.00″ ID>  The Lid dimensions are 9.00″ x 1.00″ OD and 8.5″ x .75″ ID.
