This 4″ Teflon (PTFE) dipper device is used to aid in the etching process for a 4″ wafer.  The dimensions of the dipper are 4.18″ OD Diameter x .53″ (3.715″ ID Diameter x .5″)  This dipper has a lip for holding the wafer above the solutions.
