This Teflon (PTFE) dipper has 10 slots and is used to aid in the etching process for 3″ wafers.  The dimensions are 3.35″ x 2.5″ OD.  It is the same of SM3WD6 except the slots are wider. Please click on the drawing and the slot dimensions are given.
